-Well packaged even though no original box and dispatched quickly too.
-Acceptable message response time.
Negatives:
-Item was described and titled as 360Hz display but it wasn’t a 360Hz display, it was 240Hz upon checking.
-Seller did provide additional photos but upon requesting for more photos as they blurry, seller spoke to me rudely and didn’t provide any additional photos.
-Seller had in the specs that device had 1Tb Hard drive aswell as 1Tb SSD, there was no 1Tb hard drive.

Ghal-9883. You are totally incorrect. You tried to blackmail me in to giving you a partial refund or you will leave negative feedback. I refused and said you could return but you decided to keep the laptop so it must be good for you or you would have returned. You knew everything about the laptop before buying.
